Processing & Production Time
Each portrait is custom-made to order. Once we receive your photo, our artists begin work immediately. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
- United States: 7–14 business days from order date
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your portrait is on its way.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Canvases are packaged in protective corner-guarded boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every portrait we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.
Revision Policy
If something doesn't look right — a color issue, a detail that's off — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll revise your portrait at no extra charge.
Reprints
If your canvas arrives damaged in transit, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost. Please send us a photo of the damage and your order number to hello@coatandcanvas.com.
Refunds
Because each portrait is custom-made from your unique photo, we're unable to offer refunds on completed orders unless there is a production defect or shipping damage. However, we will always work with you to find a resolution you're happy with.
